The global telecommunications landscape is undergoing its most significant transformation in decades. Large scale 5G/6G rollouts, Open RAN ecosystems, private enterprise networks, AI driven automation, and the early groundwork for 6G are collectively reshaping how the world connects. In this environment, the demand for engineers who understand not just the theory but the operational reality of modern telecom has never been higher.
eTransform is a focused, professional development program built to meet that demand head on. Designed for fresh engineering graduates and early career professionals, eTransform bridges the gap between academic foundations and the hands on expertise that telecom employers actually require.
Participants move through a structured curriculum from network fundamentals to 5G advanced architecture, cloud native deployments, and real lab environments emerging as deployment ready telecom professionals.
This is not a certification course built around slide decks. eTransform is built around doing working with actual 5G/6G systems, simulating real world deployment scenarios, and developing the problem solving instincts that make engineers valuable from day one on the job.
Every module reflects how telecom networks are actually built, operated, and evolved drawing directly from workflows used by operators, OEMs, system integrators, and telecom software companies.
Participants work in live lab environments covering RAN/ Core deployment, Open RAN, CU/DU split, UE simulation, traffic generation, network monitoring, cloud native platforms, and integration workflows.
Learn from professionals with active careers in telecom deployment and product development not just academics. Contextual depth that formal instruction alone cannot deliver.
Beyond lab exercises participants build holistic understanding across the full network stack: RAN architecture, 5G/6G Core, NSA/SA models, signaling flows, protocol stacks, mobility, QoS, network slicing, edge computing, O RAN, and 5G Advanced.
eTransform is designed for candidates at the start of their telecom journey, as well as working professionals looking to expand into 5G/6G and next generation networks.
The eTransform curriculum is structured across 12 weeks of intensive learning, followed by dedicated career readiness and assessment. Each week builds on the last from foundational concepts to advanced architecture and practical deployment.

Engineering, testing, porting and AI
TechPhosis provides five categories of engineering services. First, RAN and Core R&D — covering 5G RAN, 5G Core, UE software, edge computing, and radio design. Second, Platform Porting and Integration — across Intel, NXP, Marvell, ARM, NVIDIA, AMD, and RISC-V platforms. Third, Testing and Validation — functional, regression, performance, protocol conformance, and O-RAN compliance testing. Fourth, AI and ML Optimization — native AI integration into 5G stacks, intelligent automation, and predictive analytics. Fifth, India Market Entry — ODC setup, engineering teams, compliance, localization, and go-to-market support.
TechPhosis has extensive hands-on porting experience across Intel x86, Intel FlexRAN, NXP Layerscape (LX2160, LX2080, LX2088, LS1046, LA1200 series), Marvell, ARM Ampere, NVIDIA Grace Hopper, AMD, and RISC-V. We also support FPGA acceleration and GPU acceleration where applicable, as well as virtualized and cloud-native deployment environments.
Our testing capabilities span both proprietary frameworks we develop in-house and leading industry tools. We have hands-on experience with QXDM, VIAVI TM500, Amarisoft, Simnovus, Spirent, and NetHawk Protocol Analyzer. We also develop custom automated test frameworks integrated with CI/CD pipelines, automated regression suites, and AI-assisted test analysis tools.
We offer both. Many customers engage TechPhosis for a specific phase — such as platform porting or testing — while others opt for turnkey development where we manage the complete engineering lifecycle from specification to deployment. Our modular engagement model allows customers to bring us in at any stage of the product lifecycle and scale involvement up or down as needed.
Yes. TechPhosis provides protocol conformance testing and O-RAN Alliance compliance validation services. We validate across key interfaces including F1, E1, E2, and O1, and conduct end-to-end validation across terrestrial, OTA, and satellite links. We also support 3GPP Release 18 and 19 feature validation. Our Lab as a Service offering provides a fully managed environment for device certification and compliance testing.
