In his last role, he was the Geography head for entire Asia Pacific for the License Business @ Capgemini. He was instrumental in bringing phenomenal 5G growth in the region and supporting around 100+ OEMs in building best of breed 5G products across Japan, Korea, China, Taiwan, India and South-East Asia. Wireline, Automotive, Cloud are some of the other domains where he created revenue streams across countries. He helped in building the biggest ecosystem of partners across technology domains.
Prior to that, Ritesh has done various roles including R&D, Product management, Strategy and Business development in Multi-National Corporations like Hughes Software, Aricent and Altran. He is a thought leader and represented his organization as a speaker in several Industry Events and conferences. He is a motivational speaker and an inspiration to his team. Mangal has a comprehensive background, having progressed from Software Engineer to Principal Systems Engineer to Product Head and immensely contributed to the implementation of 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G wireless technologies.
