He has worked across leadership roles in multi-cultural organizations and built numerous trusted CX level relationships across clients and vendors. In his last role, he was the Geography head for entire Asia Pacific for the License Business @ Capgemini. He was instrumental in bringing phenomenal 5G growth in the region and supporting around 100+ OEMs in building best of breed 5G products across Japan, Korea, China, Taiwan, India and South-East Asia. Wireline, Automotive, Cloud are some of the other domains where he created revenue streams across countries. He helped in building the biggest ecosystem of partners across technology domains.
Prior to that, Ritesh has done various roles including R&D, Product management, Strategy and Business development in Multi-National Corporations like Hughes Software, Aricent and Altran. He is a thought leader and represented his organization as a speaker in several Industry Events and conferences. He is a motivational speaker and an inspiration to his team. He is highly passionate, committed and displays unmatched perseverance towards his goals.

Kapil Tyagi is a founding member and serves as Vice President of Engineering at TechPhosis Private Limited. He is the driving force behind our technical endeavors. Kapil brings a wealth of experience in technical leadership roles across various multinational organizations within the wireless domain.
Previously, Kapil served as a Senior Architect at Radisys, where he led a large technical team to deliver end-to-end commercial-grade 5G solutions for customers. At Altran/Aricent, he also held the position technical lead for multiple teams in the development of 4G and 5G technologies. His deep understanding of 3GPP specifications has been instrumental in guiding teams to develop advanced RAN products and his ability to inspire and motivate his engineering teams has resulted in the successful deployment of numerous complex wireless products in operator networks.

Prior to that, he served as AVP of Product Management at Altran/Aricent.
Prior to his role at Aricent, he worked as an engineer at Bharat Electronics, gaining hands-on experience with army communication defense systems.
Mangal has a comprehensive background, having progressed from Software Engineer to Principal Systems Engineer to Product Head and immensely contributed to the implementation of 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G wireless technologies.
As Product Head, he defining roadmaps to meet industry requirements. He has established connections with over 100 OEMs/ODMs working on 4G/5G globally and is well-connected within the global telecom ecosystem.
