Prior to founding TechPhosis, Ritesh served as the Asia Pacific Geography Head for the Licensing Business at Capgemini, where he was responsible for driving business growth and strategic expansion across the region. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in accelerating the adoption of 5G technologies and was instrumental in supporting more than 100 leading OEMs in the development of next-generation telecommunications products across Japan, Korea, China, Taiwan, India, and Southeast Asia.
