TechPhosis is pleased to announce the appointment of Bhuvnesh Kaushik as Chief Architect.
With more than two decades of experience in telecommunications and wireless technology, Bhuvnesh joins TechPhosis with a distinguished background in the design and development of advanced cellular networks. His expertise spans 4G LTE and 5G NR Radio Access Networks, Layer 2 protocol development, system architecture and network performance optimisation.
Over the course of his career, he has contributed to the development of carrier-grade, 3GPP-aligned solutions for global technology leaders, working across some of the most technically demanding domains within the wireless ecosystem.
His experience encompasses 5G feature development and RAN innovation, UE certification automation and FAPI convergence, IoT gateway architectures, VoIP and Rich Communication Services, as well as large-scale product engineering environments driven by Agile methodologies and continuous integration and delivery practices.
Bhuvnesh has also led technical engagements across Japan, South Korea, the United States and Turkey, collaborating with operators, technology partners and engineering teams in diverse international markets. His career has been recognised through multiple awards for technical excellence and innovation. Equally significant is his commitment to engineering leadership and mentorship. Throughout his professional journey, he has worked closely with technical teams, helping cultivate the depth of expertise and architectural thinking required to address increasingly complex challenges in wireless communications.
His appointment comes at an important moment in TechPhosis’ evolution.
